Asayla Medical Park

Located in New Asyut, Asayla Medical Park is a mixed-use healthcare complex designed in 2023. The development integrates essential medical services with patient-centered amenities, featuring hospitals, outpatient clinics, a pharmacy, and recreational spaces. Comprising six buildings strategically arranged around a central plaza, the complex offers a well-planned and efficient environment for both medical professionals and visitors. Each building spans an average footprint of 770 m² per floor, ensuring ample space for healthcare operations and support services.





The design is structured around a flexible grid system, allowing for adaptable interior planning to accommodate evolving medical needs. Large windows maximize natural illumination, creating bright and comfortable spaces that enhance well-being. Additionally, the central plaza is thoughtfully landscaped to provide green spaces that contribute to a welcoming and therapeutic environment.

To support accessibility and convenience, all buildings feature dedicated underground parking, ensuring efficient circulation and ease of access for staff, patients, and visitors. A ring road interconnects the entire complex, optimizing movement and connectivity between different facilities within the park.





By combining functional efficiency with a patient-friendly atmosphere, Asayla Medical Park stands as a distinguished healthcare destination, offering a seamless integration of medical, commercial, and recreational services within a thoughtfully designed architectural setting.
